ZWHSmartLock Terms of Use

Updated: October 21, 2026

ZWHSmartLock provides email accounts and Bluetooth controls for compatible Zhongwuhe locks. Use it only for devices you own or are authorized to access. Pairing requires physical access and the lock's designated confirmation process.

New registration and normal sign-in use email verification codes without an account password. An older account may need its original password once when first verifying ownership. Keep email verification codes, lock management passwords and help words private. Owners directly authorize email addresses, set access periods and separate lock/unlock permissions, and revoke access when it is no longer needed. No invitation notification or acceptance is required; users who verify the same email receive matching authorization automatically when registering, signing in or refreshing online.

A Bluetooth write receipt is not proof that the mechanical lock moved. Stay nearby, wait for fresh device status, and check the physical lock when an outcome is uncertain. Do not repeatedly send control commands after a timeout. Maintain an appropriate physical means of access and follow the lock's hardware instructions.

Network services, Bluetooth conditions, phone permissions, device firmware and battery condition can affect availability. Offline grants have limited validity and may remain usable until expiry when a device cannot receive a revocation. Emergency and management functions require an online authorization check.

You may sign out in the app or request account deletion; deletion currently requires manual review. Transfer or unbind owned locks before deleting an account. You can also request account and data deletion without installing or signing in to the app. See the Privacy Policy for data handling, manual review and retention information. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
